BY TUBE:

Sloane Square (5-minute walk) – Circle and District Lines

Knightsbridge (15-minute walk) – Piccadilly Line

How accessible is the church?

All ticketed areas of the church have step-free access and are wheelchair accessible. The event will also be captioned on the screens on the night. There is also an accessible toilet. If you have any accessibility requirements, or require to be placed in a specific area of the church, please contact us at events@place2be.org.uk

When will I receive my tickets?

You will receive your tickets by email shortly after purchase. Please note you do not need to print your tickets to access the event – simply show the ticket on your phone to our event stewards who will be able to direct you to your seating section. If you have not received your tickets within 24 hours of purchase, please email events@place2be.org.uk

I have booked a ticket for a specific section of the church – do I have an assigned seat?

Seating is sold in sections and seating within each section is unreserved. On arrival at the church you will be directed to seats within your section by our event stewards. Seats will be on a first come first served basis.

I have a ticket which may have a restricted view of the concert – what does this mean?

Some seats in the Green sections of the church (seats at the back of the nave and the side of the church) may have restricted or partially restricted views due to the position of columns in the church, or because of the distance of seats from the stage. As tickets are unreserved and allocated on a first come first served basis we cannot guarantee your seat within the Green section will not have a restricted view of the stage, however many seats will have a full view of performances. We will be providing additional screens for the Green sections to ensure that, whatever your view, you won’t miss any of the action, and encourage you to arrive as early as possible to secure the best possible seats.

Will there be a livestream of the event this year?

This year we will not be broadcasting a livestream of the event. However, if you aren’t able to attend, you can still participate in the festive fun as we will be recording the concert! Make a donation here and you will receive a recording of the event, available to watch for up to two weeks afterwards. All in-person ticket holders will also receive a link to the recording.

I can’t come to the event but I want to make a donation. How do I do that?
