Made in ultrablack paint that absorbs 98% of visible light this painting series are a reaction to the staggering 97% of UK wildflower meadows have been lost since the 1930s and the artist’s technique and subjects are aimed at raising awareness about the relationship between wildflowers and the UK’s environmental history and health.
