FORBIDDEN FRUIT

A playful series questioning gmos and other human interventions on nature just to satisfy our appetites and comforts. The shape of a fruit, the flavor of another one, a convenient shelf life, an enticing color or pattern, the list goes on and on, without measuring consequences. That is our ultimate forbidden fruit,

summing up all of our desires no matter the impact they may have on others, on the planet, in the

future.

Part of the setting of the immerse gastronomy experience, the babel tower or as standalone features,

these fruits populated the eponymous experience and the show at the Saatchi Gallery in a colorful

explosion of mutating shapes, hybrids of well known species, symbols of sins and pleasure.
