The Barn is located near Pickering, North Yorkshire, a short walk from the stunning North York Moors National Park and within 30 minutes drive to the coast, providing a fantastic holiday, a home away from home, perfect for a family getaway or a romantic retreat.

The property is a luxurious and stylish self-catering barn conversion, with a professionally designed contemporary interior, whilst retaining the character of the original farm barn, with revealed stone walls and original barn roof trusses.

Take advantage of the two attractive gardens. One, an Italian style pebble courtyard full of structural plants and shapes with a large wooden seated area for group meals; the other a hidden gem for a romantic evening, catching the setting sun.

There is a master bedroom overlooking the snug with wood burning stove, a large twin bedroom overlooking the kitchen and living space, and a third room that can be either a study or a third bedroom with a single bed.

The fully equipped kitchen has a large extendable dining table and comfortable sofa area, with flat screen TV. There is a snug, cosy sitting room, with a second flat screen TV and DVD player. The wood burning stove makes for a relaxed atmosphere in which to unwind on a winters evening.

You will receive a welcome pack that includes local bread, butter, milk, premium teas and ground coffee, biscuits and a bottle of wine.
