This false leather coat is the definition of camp. Dark panels of black leather elongate the coat to below the knee. The chest piece is an intricately cut red leather, paired with surrounding dark green leather short sleeves and collar. Brown fabric extends from the short green sleeves to offer full arm protection. Eight phallic shaped clasps layout the fastenings of the coat and paired with balls on the outer perimeter of the jacket, it creates quite humorous symbolism. The dark colour scheme is untypical from Claire’s character, which adds to the specialty of the garment and makes it truly memorable.
