Lot 3
Description
This dress is a reference to Alan Measles, Grayson’s childhood teddy bear, which is given prominence through the bright yellow bear sketch. Maia Bergman, a graduate of BA Fashion Print, designed the garment for Grayson with the intention of ‘Celebrating everyday items into something more glamourous.’ The garment has quite a history, being made in 2011 it shows signs wear with small patches of the front left and back left being moth eaten. There is a light makeup stain from one of Claire's iconic looks, but is practically unnoticeable, with the spectacular sleeve patterns and rich colours that shine with the satin fabric.
